He participated in the Blue Wind Ranking Tournament. He was dominating all of his opponents and made it to the Top 32 tournament. He directly surrendered during his match against Ling Jie in the Quarterfinals because they have fought before and Ling Jie was far stronger.[1] In the loser matches, he defeated Xiao Kuanglei but lost to Shui Wushuang and obtained an individual rank of 6th place.[2]
